Episode 9 - Crisis Communications and Covid Chaos

Episode 9 uses the current Government response as a backdrop to the importance of effective crisis communications. While Brian and Luciano agree the pandemic has been unprecedented and presented a number of unique challenges Government on all levels have struggled to manage; there is no excuse for the poor crisis communications we've experienced so far. 

With the Covid vaccine seemingly around the corner, it is more important than ever to ensure crisis communications are effectively managed going forward to avoid further Public skepticism and declining confidence.
